Sadly, this place is need of some refurb. It looks tired. It's also very time consuming when queuing up for tickets because it's the same queue for those buying refreshments. It's clean inside but cold so take a coat. I had mine covering my legs during the entire movie. My suggestions are to take along some light snacks to enjoy because the prices of all refreshments are very expensive, as is the norm with any cinema. The estate has many eateries nearby if you fancy burgers, ribs and generally Americanized food. On the plus side though there is ample free parking.

I went to see the Darkest Hour and its the first time I’ve been to a cinema where everyone was sitting wrapped up in their coats and freezing cold. Trying to watch a film when you are trying to keep from tipping into outrageous cold conditions inside a film theatre (Screen 3) was a distraction beyond belief. The staff were unhelpful and too busy loading up on getting the next wave of people (aka penguins) to get into the ‘fridge’. Tickets cost a fortune and had we had known it was going to be cold we would have taken a heater....oh but no socket in the ‘fridge’. Lack of service, heating and help was beyond compare...in 20 years of going to see films....
