Really happy with out choice to stay at Vincci golf hotel in Tenerife!

immaculate! Couldn’t fault the room it was very clean. We had a standard twin room and it had 2 single beds which were pushed together with a thin sheet like cover and a thicker blanket, a large flat screen tv, large balcony, safe, shower gel, shampoo, wardrobe with hangers, hairdryer and air conditioning.
Room was cleaned every day! Views were amazing from the balcony and waking up to the sound of the sea was beautiful!

Lovely pool area, small but very nice for a relaxing week away! Pool was a little cold but this was perfect for a cool down from the hot weather!
Always enough sun beds and there were mattresses to add extra comfort! Sea view from pool too! There is also a sun terrace above the pool area with double beds for sunbathing!

food was lovely! Not loads of choice but always something for everyone! Salad area, hot food area, dessert area (with pick and mix sweets too!) and a chef cooking specialities such as fresh fish, chicken fajitas, skewers, burgers etc. Different themed food each night such as Mexican, Italian, international, Spanish, oriental etc. Table service was brilliant! Always filling glasses when empty and offering bottles of wine and water at the table. The hotel also offers snacks in between meals for all inclusive guests such as burgers, pizzas, hotdogs pastries chips etc.

All drinks were good! Beer, local spirits, cocktails, smoothies, soft drinks, hot drinks.

Only fault was that the bar opens at 11 and closes at 11 therefore we had to go and buy a few bottles of drink to have in the room for the morning in between breakfast and the bar opening.

Not loads of entertainment but we wanted a quiet relaxing and drinking holiday so we was not bothered by this. The lady who was in charge of entertainment was so lovely and hosted bingos, quizzes and other games on various nights which were free to take part and had prizes such as spa/ massage for 2, bottles of wine or cava etc. There were 2 different singers when we stayed who were great! Various businesses have stalls in the hotels on different nights selling local jewellery, replica designer bags and purses and clothing.

Full of lovely restaurants! Particularly recommend plaza breeze which had the largest menu I have ever seen and served almost any type of meal! Also has a sports bar which was fantastic where we watch the England Vs Belgium game, atmosphere was great and the bar manager was hilarious! Various shops, bars and supermarkets also.

Bus stop about 10 min walk from hotel. Bus took 20 mins to los Christianos which has other buses to las Americas or you can walk for about 20 mins. Siam park has a free bus from the bus station at los Christianos. Bus cost €2.50 for two people one way!:) recommend visiting Siam park and Hard Rock Cafe!

Taxis to las Américas for the night life run all night and cost about €20/25 so if there are a few of you it’s not bad priced!

Overall fantastic holiday would definitely recommend!

Stayed 24-1st July.
I was very skeptical after reading poor reviews and was frankly dreading this holiday as a young couple BUT what a lovely surprise I had to find out they couldn't be more wrong.

The staff cannot do enough for you, they are so lovely and welcoming. The Rooms are immaculate. I am a very fussy eater, ( i struggle to eat in England too) but they had 4 or 5 different meal options every day, they were never the same (apart from salad and cold meats) but every day they cooked omelettes, pancakes, fresh eggs for breakfast.

The hotel is a little quiet at night, and the entertainment lady has Sunday and Monday off but she hosts good quizzes and bingo night, we even won twice on her pool games. winning 2 hours in the spa all to ourselves.

The receptionist will give you a bus time table and directions to Los Christianos, 3,50 on the bus for 2 people, 20 minutes. Cannot complain about that. I highly recommend you visit this area, the beaches are beautiful.

I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here, I've stayed in many a hotel, much larger than this but this was thoroughly relaxing and exactly what I needed. I would 100% come here again.
(definitely take the hotel upgrade if you get offered. Suite was absolutely huge & WIFI, super speedy worth 10 euros for the week - per room.)

Room Tip: Sea view room with a balcony, bliss.

Appalled by the bad reviews on here!! Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel... The staff are extremely warm and welcoming, the rooms are immaculate, great selection of food and drinks.

I was feeling very unwell on my first night and the receptionist went out of his way to double check if I was okay! There’s nothing to fault at all!!!

We stayed at the Vincci for one week from 24th June 2018. I had also read the reviews after we had booked the holiday and was a bit nervous of what to expect, I did not need to worry. The hotel is really clean and well maintained, all the staff make you feel so welcome and if you spend 5 minutes of your holiday having a conversion and sharing a smile with the staff they are even more pleasant and are more willing to acknowledge you during meal times and at the bar. The room service is great, the attention during meals is spot on, they recognise and approach if you need another drink etc. Victor at reception and Ana at the bar were particularly lovely to our family and we thank you all for your attention throughout our stay. We were out of our room for 12pm as expected, our flight wasn’t until 7.30pm that evening and we were still made to feel welcome, with showers and cleaning facilities when required. Sea views from every room. Note: Although the pool was clean and tidy, a second pool or larger pool area would have been preferred.

Room Tip: We had 3 rooms all had amazing sea views

Stayed for a week and had a very relaxing stay. Great breakfast with loads of choice. Rooms were good size and kept immaculate by the cleaner (room506). Reception staff were great and always helpful. You can always get a bed round the pool or on the sun terrace, but it can get very windy at times.
