me & my fiancee stayed here for 1 week half board & we loved it! fab hotel, great staff & fantastic food! we had always only done b&b on our previous holidays so was unsure if half board was for us as we love to eat out but the choices were very varied & changed every day. when we arrived on the 1st day it was 15 mins after they had finished serving but we were offered something to eat, but we were tired & wanted to go to bed so we were offered a lunch instead on 1 of the days of our stay which was a lovely gesture. beds are comfy & shower was fab, rooms cleaned & towels changed every day by the fab cleaners & balcony huge & yes there is a bit of road noise & the entertainment which was very good goes on till 11.45pm but hey take earplugs if you go to bed early! pool area is a good size & yes people do reserve loungers & shouldn't but every hotel has that problem so you just have to accept it. the entertainment team are something else, always on the go getting games organised & always smiling. i watched a brill game of water basketball on my last day just sat with my legs in the pool as charlie from the entertainment team made sure there was no foul play he was a fab referee, always chirpy! there is also free drinking water station in the pool area & it's chilled which was a bonus. bar staff work so hard & thou i found the cruzcampo on draught was a bit flat i switched to their bottled version €2.50 a bottle...bargain! the only thing that would be more useful is if they label the food a bit better as not sure what some of the dishes were & some of the signs that did tell you what food it was were worn out & unreadable, that needs addressing in my opinion! overall a fantastic week was had & we would definitely return. thank you to all
