Bring my nephew relatively often here for a walk he loves the climb and pretending he's in the wilderness lol. The views are spectacular, there's good parking and the paths up kept tidy. Usually bring the dogs too not a major busy spot bit of a hidden gem.

Parked in the Old Quarry in Crag Road & went on a guided walk by Lancashire Wildlife Trust. Excellent Walk, did not see any Butterflies but saw a Male Damselfly. Was told that the males are more colourful than the females

A great walk, with fantastic views over Morecambe Bay and you can make it a circular walk by going through the woods and back in to Warton village just check the route on OS map take about 1 and half hours depending how long you admire the scenery, and you will probably see some deer in the woods, and depending when you visit you can enjoy a pint at the micro brewery next to the car park when you finish the walk.
