If you love stunning views and a moderate climb this place is heaven. Park up in the cute village of Warton, maybe at one of the pubs in which hopefully on return you will take a drink or meal and start your journey near the Old School Brewery. Boots a must, weather proof clothing too, you never know. Lose yourself in the long wooded way or take the short but steep, craggy way up. Get as far up as you can . It's magical. For the kids, see the 'Makka Pakka' stones.

A short but steep climb from the village of Warton, some parking available at the start of the footpath. A good place for an afternoon out with the family to blow off the cobwebs. Great views over Morecambe Bay and the surrounding countryside

Rugged hillside walk to get great views of Morecambe bay and surrounding areas. A pair of peregrine falcons were seen flying overhead
You can see for miles in all directions

Lovely area for a family walk after a nice Sunday lunch. The family throughly enjoyed it from our youngest member 3 years of age to our oldest member 59 years. Lovely
