• Fully equipped Kitchen with gas oven, fridge/freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster etc
• Shower room with sink, toilet.

• Own Parking space outside .
• 15 mins from beach walking.
• Hire price includes 1 bottle of gas and 100 units of electric, more than enough for spring/summer/Autumn hols.
• Electric cards / Gas available at site office if required, usually only during winter months
• Duvets/pillows are provided but NOT bed linen or towels / Tea towels.
• There is club house and bar onsite which offers meals all day and some form of entertainment most nights though main night is Saturday.
• There is a laundrette and a small site shop for all the basic groceries.
• There is also an Adults HEATED swimming pool with a child's swimming pool next to club house and only yards from the caravan.
• Small well behaved dogs allowed.
• This is a NO SMOKING van.

The plus points....beautiful sea view and close location to the beach.
The negatives...opened the door to be hit by the smell of dogs...walked in and noticed dog slobber on the inside of the windows, clearly a dog had been on the sofa and chairs, dog hair absolutely everywhere, even in the fridge, the mirrors were filthy, grease splats on glass cooker top, cobwebs above oven and behind tv, curtains had come undone at the hems, bits on the carpet and drinking glasses all cloudy, there was mud and dog hair in the door sills. We reported the issues straight away. To be fair Richard came down straight away and made an attempt to clean the windows. He said he couldn't smell anything but he admitted to having had to clean the carpets and keep windows open prior to our stay. He sprayed a lot of air freshener and felt that fixed it.
We tried to make the best of it and spent 2 hours cleaning as we did not want to disappoint our daughter. We had travelled 4 hours to be there.
It was cold as no central heating just two small oil filled radiators.
No one slept and the following morning we realised we just could not stay. No one wanted to eat in there as everything felt dirty. I let Richard know we were leaving.
Whilst we were in the on site cafe i mentioned we would be looking for somewhere else to stay...they rang through to main reception and told us to pop over there.
The lady in the office said Richard had told her he had had the van intensively cleaned.
When we got to the car park Richard appeared and said he had been in the caravan and said he had taken two other people in with him and they couldn't smell a thing, he couldn't see any issues. I informed him we had spent 2 hours cleaning his van. I mentioned if he had paid for an intensive clean then he needed to get his money back. Richard informed me that he had cleaned the van himself and that I must be sensitive to the smell of dogs as he couldn't smell anything.
I asked about a refund and was informed he would look into it. It took just over a week to receive the refund and then he had deducted £50.....what a damn cheek....we left the van a damn site cleaner than we found it. In serious need of a thorough clean....what a shame as it's in an ideal spot.

Great place to stay
This is a good caravan with all you need, clean, very spacious. Good location. I would re book without hesitation.
Friends of ours who stayed in a caravan a few doors down liked this caravan so much better than theirs and have asked us to send them the info so they can book it next time.
Swimming pool less than 2 min walk away. Club house was reasonably priced for drinks. It was all very child friendly.

Brilliant
Had a wonderful weeks holiday in a covid secure accommodation. As both of us are vulnerable we were very nervous about going away on holiday. The accommodation had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Would certainly recommend the accommodation to anyone. The caravan is well positioned and you have a sea view.

Spent a lovely week at nice quiet sight. Perfect location with more popular places just a short journey either way. Caravan was clean and covered all our needs, just a 10 minute walk to a nice beach and the club house was very reasonable to have a few drinks at the end of the day. In the current climate a perfect place to stay.

A lovely quiet spot, a hidden gem
The staff on the site are friendly and helpful. There is a café, small shop, laundry room and social club. The caravan was comfortable and clean and I was made very welcome by Richard. I arrived by public transport, the bus stops at the gate. It was lovely weather so I did a lot of walking on the Norfolk Coastal path. Sheringham has the North Norfolk Steam Railway to Holt. There is also the Bure Valley Railway at Wroxham. There are miles of beautiful beaches. I had a great time travelling around by the excellent local buses and got as far as Wells by the Sea. I must have liked it as this is the second time I have been here.

Comfy?
Could have been cleaner, cobwebs, mirrors filthy. Microwave not nice! Spacious with plenty of cupboard space. Clubhouse was fine. Shop/cafe was awful. Views from caravan were lovely.

a lovely quiet peaceful site
We all thought that it was a lovely caravan on a really lovely clean site. It was a nice walk down to the beach. My Grandchildren loved it all and made many friends.
It was a clean, comfortable caravan and had everything one needed. We would certainly go again.

Trimmingham caravan
We had a great stay in this lovely caravan, we would recommend it and will go back next year. The caravan was very clean and the owner helpful. The caravan site was quiet and pleasant. The beach is is 10 minutes walk and was impressive in terms of cleanliness and views. There are plenty of things to do in the area especially at Cromer. All in all a great British holiday.

Quiet peaceful stay
Nice area, caravan well away from clubhouse so relatively quiet. Nice place to be based to visit all the local attractions, shops not far away and Cromer and North Walsham 15 minutes away
