This apartment is not only beautifully furnished and ideally located but its size and layout is perfect and relaxing. The beds are like everything else, new and comfortable, the kitchen is also fully stocked. There is no traffic noise and wonderful out door decks with views of the water and mountains. The building is immaculate, very secure and quite.
The owner "Vinko" is truly a 1st class landlord and his attention to detail during your stay makes all the more comfortable, fresh towels every day and his local knowledge on restaurants, trails and the hill side villages makes your stay even better. The apartment is 7K for D/T Split with a bus stop 100 meters from the door so it gives easy access to explore Split let you come back to the peace and quite 200 meters from the beach with lots of restaurants and beach bars.
Vinko is also a sailboat Captain, we hired him to explore the Islands and cannot enough about how skilled and professional he is, a trip you should consider !!

Everything was as described. Lovely new apartment with Vinko and family living downstairs to answer any questions and provide any assistance. There were no issues for us at all.

1 review Do not hesitate to book this apartment. The location near Split is ideal. The No: 60 bus take you to and from the city for sightseeing and boat trips. The beach is just a short walk away with a number of good cafes and restaurants. The swimming is great, the views are beautiful. The owners helpful and friendly. The apartment is well designed,clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is efficient. We had a lovely holiday. Do not hesitate.

Great apartment well furnished, spotless seemed like new. Very helpful and friendly owners nothing was too much trouble for Katerina. Fresh towels, bin bags & toilet rolls supplied daily.
Had a few problems with Wi-Fi dropping out on occasion but this may have been due to the weather we experienced which was stormy at times.
Good location, 2 mins walk to beach with good beach bars and restaurants. Covered parking was a bonus.
Bus into Spilt ran every 20 mins and stopped at end of road. Good location for exploring down the coast towards Omis and beyond.
Highly recommend this good value for money apartment.
