“Lovely cottage, lovely host, beautiful location”
Reviewed 13 December 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We've never been to this part of Spain before but it lived up to recommendations. Stunning scenery, hilltop towns, accessible to beach and Granada, Alhambra a must. Tina's cottage was perfect, with a great pool, amazing sunsets and with great restaurants in Orgiva. With my two teenage boys I thought it might be a challenge but it was a really relaxing holiday and an added bonus for them was the municipal football pitch down the hill! Many visitors use it as a base for walking holidays but it was equally as good for reading books, swimming and eating well.
Tina's top tips made us feel very knowledgable and get a lot from our stay!

“Fantastic place in a beautiful corner of Spain!”
Reviewed 8 December 2016 for a stay in June 2016

My husband and our one year old had the most fantastic time staying in Jasmin Cottage this summer. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning and peaceful place to stay. The views are amazing across the valley and the pool / terrace area is surrounded by flowering plants and truly idillic. The cottage is well equipped and clean and Tina was a fantastic host, around for advice if we needed it but very discreet allowing us to have a private stay. Orgiva is a very pretty mountain town and it is an easy drive to the coast where there are numerous beautiful beaches. Perfect holiday, thanks Tina!

“Away from it all tranquility with stunning views”
Reviewed 8 December 2016 for a stay in September 2015

We loved our stay at Jasmin cottage. It was just the tonic for a relaxing getaway. Tina is a great host, the cottage is peaceful and pretty with different aspects - hidden patio, gardens, pool. The views are stunning and the surrounding area offers lots to see and do. We will return! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

“Idyllic mountain hideaway”
Reviewed 4 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

The cottage is set in beautiful location with wonderful views of the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. It is ideal for a relaxing getaway or exploring the region. The cottage has everything you need and is well maintained, including the pool.

Tina is very helpful and happy to give you information about the area. The cottage is in the grounds of Tina's home but she has a good balance of being there when you need her and leaving you to it.

The walk to Orgiva takes about 25 and is down a mountain road but that wasn't a problem. However, I would suggest taking a torch if you walk back in the dark.

We will definitely recommend the cottage and hopefully return.

Thanks to Tina for her hospitality.

Liz and family were great guests and I hope they will return. One of the pleasures of having this type of business is the delightful people you meet. It must be something about the area that attracts the nicest of folk!
