1 review Beautiful, clean, spacious and family friendly venue! Wendy and Gerhard were fantastic hosts and very helpful in advising what the local attractions were. Attention to detail in everything was provided and what a delightful and thoughtful surprise when a birthday gift was left for me in the room. The room was heated when we arrived on a cold Sunday afternoon which added to the cosy atmosphere. The place just has this magical relaxing aura to it and it makes you want to snuggle up all day in bed!
2 reviews We enjoyed our short stay at the foot of Africa. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was lovely, really big with great pillows and linen. A very nice touch was that the fridge had all the essentials such as milk, eggs, bread, soft drinks etc. Wendy had thought of everything and this is so helpful when you are travelling. The pub is a short walk away and does good food. Great walks along the shore and climbing the lighthouse is a must

The bed was out of this world - best of our tour lasting 6 weeks. Lovely large room with comfortable sofas. Nice touch was the fridge was stocked with the essentials such as milk, butter , eggs etc. Good location although you can only see the sea through a side window. Great walks along the shore to the lighthouse and beyond

Maureen and I so enjoyed our short but so pleasant stay. The position of Wendy and Gerard's property is perfect, right on the sea and what a pity it was too cold to bathe in the pool. Gerard was extremely helpful even to the extent of helping with our first time Weber braai!
They made us feel so at home in their comfortable apartment and we would most certainly come again. Wendy was also able to help with scanning and emails at her charming little shop, worth a visit. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they are just perfect hosts.

What a wonderful spot in L'Agulhas. The apartment is great which everything provided for Self-catering.
Wonderful hosts!
The lighthouse and walk to the foot of Africa are close by so the position is perfect.
Highly recommended!
