This is a review of the hotel and the pudding club. I have known about the Pudding Club for years, and at last booked to attend it. We decided to push the boat out and have a really good evening and night, so we booked one of the themed rooms to stay in. If you can afford this, then I would recommend that you do it. We stayed in the Chocolate room, with bed and bedding, cushions, tiling, mirror, door, and more themed around chocolate.
The Pudding Club took the form of a light main course followed by 7 puddings. And, of course, custard. We ate, drank, laughed, and then voted for our favourite puddings, all the time encouraged in the jollity by a host who made sure that everyone was having fun.
Thoroughly recommended - and also benefiting from a nice hotel in lovely countryside - we walked some of the Cotswold Way the next day.More
