Classic traditional hotel, very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. this is a very pleasant place to stay across from a city Plaza. There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops in ice cream places in the area. The hotel also has a very pleasant restaurant.

Very bad experience doing the payment. We were three guests, each did their reservations and payment in a diferent way and the three of us had issues. It took too long to check out for that reason, and we didn't even get solutions. Be very careful with your cards with this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, great food y overall a great place to stay. The front desk staffing were so professional and super friendly. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Service all around, beginning at reception , the concierge Ivan Saldana ga e is the excellent service, Also, Amado at the dinner room gave us superb service during breakfast. Kudos to the hotel for hiring such high quality employees!
