All reviews beautiful hotel front desk staff the main square recommend this hotel included in the price comfortable bed air conditioned nice breakfast juice star hotel nice location city ivan wedding cathedral signal internet

The staff was fantastic!!! Ivan was so helpful! Management should be so proud of this employee. Thanks to all at this hotel. 5 + stars...James/Lesly-USA. Also a shout out to Junior, he also was very helpful with Ivan.
Room tip: Very nice hotel and great bar with Miguel as the bartender.

Fantastic location on the Placa de Las Armas. A good 4 star hotel, with nice and quiet rooms, friendly staff, and a super swimming-pool. Beautiful interioror. Frankly Piura is a rather ugly and uninteresting city, so we.were glad to have a great hotel!
Room tip: Check if there will be any late night parties (eg weddings) when you arrive and choose room according to potential disturbance

I was in room 374. Ivan Botons was very attentive to my family and so as soon as we got there. Very gracious and kind. Room was spacious and comforting and I loved the shower, but I had a huge problem with the internet connection. Please fix that.
Room tip: Get ready to argue with people about the internet connection here. At least on the third floor. Personally, for us, it was quite bad.

Very clean rooms. Service is excellent. Starting with the desk staff like Gustavo, and the "botones" Iván and the dining room staff: Christopher, Hernán, Amado, Bryan. They all strive to make your stay very comfortable. Also the housekeeping staff are very kind and go out of their way to take care of you. I also recommend this Hotel because it is very safe.
Room tip: Very safe and location is very convenient

This is an older, but well kept hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is included in the price and had a nice selection to choose from. The most memorable feature of the hotel is the staff. From the moment we checked in to the hotel until we checked out a week later, the staff was attentive to our needs.
We were helped with our luggage at check-in and check-out. We mentioned that the internet had a poor signal in our room, and within minutes, a WiFi router was installed in our suite. At breakfast, a staff member was on site to help us and kept the tables and room clean. By all accounts , this hotel is the best in Piura. Most notable, Ivan was a great help throughout our visit.
