I was in room 374. Ivan Botons was very attentive to my family and so as soon as we got there. Very gracious and kind. Room was spacious and comforting and I loved the shower, but I had a huge problem with the internet connection. Please fix that.

Very clean rooms. Service is excellent. Starting with the desk staff like Gustavo, and the "botones" Iván and the dining room staff: Christopher, Hernán, Amado, Bryan. They all strive to make your stay very comfortable. Also the housekeeping staff are very kind and go out of their way to take care of you. I also recommend this Hotel because it is very safe.

This is an older, but well kept hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is included in the price and had a nice selection to choose from. The most memorable feature of the hotel is the staff. From the moment we checked in to the hotel until we checked out a week later, the staff was attentive to our needs.
We were helped with our luggage at check-in and check-out. We mentioned that the internet had a poor signal in our room, and within minutes, a WiFi router was installed in our suite. At breakfast, a staff member was on site to help us and kept the tables and room clean. By all accounts , this hotel is the best in Piura. Most notable, Ivan was a great help throughout our visit.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Very nice breakfast which is included with your stay. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Resort like pool area. The only negative is the poor lighting in the bathroom and no mirror in bedroom area.

My son, his fiancé, some friends and other family members stayed here for about a week for their wedding in Piura. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to assist us and support us from the time my son and his fiancé began planning their wedding in Piura. We recognize the helpfulness and professionalism of every staff member, the event planning director (Mrs. Rangel), the front desk staff, housekeeping, and garage attendant, they were all attentive always.
The hotel was chosen by my son and his fiancé as it is beautiful, set in a historic building, the rooms were spacious, well kept, air conditioned (needed during this time of the year), bed linens were clean and fresh, rooms were cleaned daily, towels and toiletries refreshed. The breakfast provided was plentiful, with many freshly prepared choices of foods as well as local fruits and fresh juices. All meals we ordered or purchased were freshly made and very well presented.
Several areas in the hotel served as beautiful settings for wedding pictures the bride and groom and our family will cherish always.
