Arrived to this hotel Friday Nov .27, with 4 friends, all of of us riding our bikes from Quito, Ecuador. The girls on the reception counter, were very kind, since my reservation was modified on the spot, with absolutely due diligence. One of my friends carries insuline, and they immediately offered a small fridge to keep it cool. Nice gesture.
The prices were good, room clean, and beds good enough to have a nice sleep.
Across the street, there is a nice restaurant, where you can have all sorts of Peruvian cuisine at affordable prices, so you do not need to walk or ride a cab to enjoy a nice meal.

Internet - fantastic, worked great. Slowed down a bit at night when there was a conference hosted and more guests, but generally worked really well.
Quality of service- great. Staff was extremely welcoming and professional. Check in and check out were easy. I was able to check in a bit early, which was great.
Cleanliness of room/hotel - squeaky clean. Breakfast was served by the pool one day,
Hotel amenities - I was amazed at the amenities - gym machines were brand new and fantastic! they had a foam roller and balance ball! The pool was clean, great and big enough to swim laps. Restaurant had good options and food was tasty and fresh.
Hotel location - extremely central, on the Plaza de Armas, easy walking distance from Oltursa and Cruz del Sur bus stations and movie theaters, location could not possibly be better.

Generally, I loved this place and was sad to leave. Would stay again. Great deal for the price (discounted through hotels.com)

A reasonable business traveller hotel. Like a 3.5 star in North America. Clean and compact rooms. Wifi is OK. Breakfast is light continental - only satisfactory. Quiet rooms.
Rooms had mosquitoes after staff cleaned the room, so they probably leave the door open when cleaning.
