travelling for work, makes me look for a quiet and comfortable, cool and extra clean hotel with great services...this is the place. Good location, right around the main square. restaurants and bars quite near. Reception personell prompt and kind, ready to help.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The reception was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean and very large. It was actually two rooms with a bedroom and a separate room with the refrigerator and a desk. The location was very favorable and was just a short walk to the city center and park. It is listed as a three-star hotel but has the facilities usually found in better-ranked hotel. I recommend this hotel.
We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight back to Lima. This hotel was clean, had hot water with great water pressure, great lock system on the door, WIFI, and fridge in the room. The concierge service was very professional and helpful, opening the door, taking our luggage up to our room and free airport shuttle. If your staying in Piura, its a must stay hotel.
I only meant to stay here one night, but after an unfortunate GI bug, I found myself at Hotel Ixnuk for 4 nights. The building is nice enough, but I really enjoyed the service. The staff were super professional, friendly, and helpful. From carrying my bags, to taking care of my laundry, to opening my cab door. I couldn't say enough good things about them. All for $35/night. It's a pretty good deal.
Friendly reception staff. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and wifi worked well. Hot showers! Good value. Close to main plaza.
Only aspect which seemed out of place for the quality of the hotel was breakfast. The waiting staff were sullen, the dining area contained lots of unused/broken equipment (like the ghosts of breakfast past) and the food quality was below average.
