Loved this villa! Very quiet location, extremely clean and spacious! Any minor teething problems for us as first time villa users were sorted quickly and the owner and rental company were more than helpful and so patient with me! We didn't use the villa to eat every evening, we went into Protaras too which has some lovely restaurants. There is a bakers which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the villa and they done cooked meals too that you could take out and the prices are very reasonable. The villa was in a lovely cul-de-sac and we had an amazing holiday, we will definitely return!
Villa Chronos is basic
We were so disappointed with this property for our 12 night holiday in Cyprus. Overall the property was basic. There was certainly nothing luxurious about it as advertised by La Mer Homes and we would not be recommending it. Thankfully our holiday outside the villa was super and we had a lovely time.
The main things which completely let it down were:
Cooker gas hob not working and no matches provided so we unable to have first morning cooked breakfast
Air con unit in master bedroom poured out water over the bed at midnight on our first night.
Master bedroom shower curtain drooping off wall
Tile around pool broken and dangerously left
BBQ does not have the correct grill meaning food constantly fell into the hot coals (unless you used some kebab sticks to prop it up - so disappointing as we BBQ every night!
Kitchen unit handle missing
Pool had not been cleaned on arrival (however was then cleaned a few times during our stay, just a shame it wasn't clean for our first impressions!)

Master bedroom bedside table lamp not working
The villa slept 6 and although we were only 4 there still wasn't really enough crockery. We needed to wash up regularly. Needs more serving dishes, glasses, plates and bowls. There were 6 large wine glasses however a mix match of other sizes and not one set of 6.
La Mer Homes advertise luxury so would expect at minimum soap in the bathrooms, washing up liquid in the kitchen and a few cleaning products (for our 12 night stay we weren't offered a clean or linen changeover within the price but we could have had this at a charge (additional €63). I would expect when paying for a stay over a week to receive a housekeeping service after a week or mid stay)
On a positive, our contact with La Mer Homes was prompt at replying and arranged for the pool tile and gas hob to be fixed straight away. We didn't bother mentioning the missing bulbs or broken lights as we wanted to enjoy our holiday and not be sending/receiving emails to La Mer Homes.
