The standard of the villa is excellent, the size of the pool and the surrounding garden is better than the pictures indicate.
It was a pleasure meeting Andreas (owner), he made us feel very welcome by always holding conversation with us when we saw each other.
We always felt like we were guests at his home rather than visitors of the villa which made the holiday even more enjoyable.
The villa is ideal that it is in a peaceful location but just 10 mins drive to the resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa.
The villa has all the comforts of home but with the added bonus of ideal weather even in early October.
Tips for places of interest.
If you like less populated beaches then try the one next to Ayia Thekla chapel (up the road from the water park of Ayia Napa) it is shallow enough for children and has good changing facilities as well as a lovely local beach bar/Café (Nissaki).
If you like the dips that complement pitta bread try the ones from the local patisseries and not the supermarkets, we found one (ΑPTOΠOIEIA ΘHMΩNIA) on the Paralimni to Deryneia road which also sells lovely cakes as well as hot food to take away.
Most places do good food but we liked Blue Spice as well as knights pub, both in Pernera.
It is worth trying a local Taverna to get a taste of traditional Cyprus cooking.
Also take a trip to the Hokkaido Japanese restaurant (just off Nissi Ave in Ayia Napa), sit at the chef's table and be entertained as he cooks your meal for you.
We will certainly visit Cyprus and this Villa again.
