The villa was perfect for our multigenerational family. The location was excellent. We loved being able to walk to dinner, the beach, and the market. We loved that the villa is a bit tucked away and is not right on a busy road. This provided a lot of privacy. We used the pool everyday and night. When we first arrived several thing in the villa needed to be repaired all at once. It seems the previous tenant was a bit rough on the appliances. We reported the needed repairs and they were made. The villa owner, Clara, was very receptive and attentive. We had power cuts lasting several hours on two nights, but I think this is pretty normal for Cyprus.

All in all, it was an EXCELLENT villa with a fantastic location if you want privacy but easy accessibility to restaurants, groceries, etc. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again, but for longer next time!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Ceretta this May which is in the Blue Water Bay area on the edge of Kaparis, protaras area. We own an apartment near by but fancied a bit more luxury of private space and pool. This villa is quite and tucked away from the main shops and restaurants but only 2 mins walk and only 5 mins walk to the beach so perfect. The outside space is very generous with a selection of seating areas for breakfast, evening meals or just chilling.
All equipment was good and functional and a gas BBQ which we used twice. There was plenty of internal space and even though there was only two of us the villa could cope with a family or couples. Recommended !

Villa Caretta is perfectly located for a fantastic holiday in Cyprus,only 3 mins to the nearest beach and only 10 mins walk to Firemans beach, ideal for an early morning dip with the locals!
The villa offers great family accomodation having 3 bathrooms and good outdoor space for everyone. Everything you need can be found in the villa.
There are many bars , restaurants and shops within a very short distance of the villa but its location means very little noise for a peaceful day or evening around the pool if you feel like a rest.
The local bus service is very good and very reasonable, as are the taxi's.
There are many places/bars and restaurants to visit, too numerous to mention!
The management company are very efficient and helpful.
The owners have made this villa a great holiday location and nothing is too much trouble either before, during or after your stay.
I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a holiday in Cyprus.
