We stayed here to go to Bilbao Guggenheim and old town and couldn’t have chosen a better location. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, bus is €1.50/person (can buy ticket in the bus), comfortable and not crowded bus, 30 min ride and you get to Bilbao Abando station, steps from the tourism office in Bilbao. Walk 5 minutes and you are in the Old Town or 15 min to the Guggenheim. There are 2 buses going to Bilbao and back to the hotel every 30 min. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The checkin at 11:30pm was done with a very attentive guy and in the morning, Elsa explained everything I needed to get to Bilbao. Room is small, but clean, bed was comfortable, and working well AC! Breakfast was very good and plenty! Good quality and varied cold cuts, different types of baked breads, croissant, pastries, delicious yogurt, cereals and fresh squeezed orange juice! There is a large shopping center across the street (Max Centre) where locals shop. The only small issue is that the parking lot is full if you arrive late, so you have to park behind the building, but staff assured us that was safe. I can’t fault this hotel and a really good value for Bilbao! Would stay here again!

perfect for the ferry. rooms clean, comfy bed booked online so 52 euro compared to 69 if you turn up on the day. close to supermarket and restsraunts.down sides, pricey burnt pannini, no hand towels, and not the hotels fault but some plonker starting a noisy smelly diesel he left to idle for 20 mins under our window at 7am.

certainly not one of the best accour hotel we have stayed in. it is obviously relying on its position close to the ferry port to provide a below standard experience.
the room reeked of tobacco smoke, obviously a previous occupier had been smoking in the room, not their fault but they could have made attempts to remove the smell as it must have been obvious to the maid when she cleaned the room.
we stayed for dinner - big mistake the food was frozen/microwaved and barely edible. we had also booked for breakfast - another big mistake food once again very poor and had to keep asking for empty platters to be refilled
we have stayed in several Accour hotels and this is by far the worst one - we will not be returning
