We apologize for the bad stay you had in our establishment, and althought we do not have excuses for this, we will like to let you know that indeed we are a 3 stars hotel that remains with a rustic local style that tries its best to give a satisfying experience. We are very sorry for the pisco sour experience, regularly our costumers like them specially in the pisco sour classes, and the music standard is to have something smooth with no explicit context because we have many families as guest also, this type of music could be change when our guests require it.
