Very poor attentiveness of front of house staff
The Chalets/ bungalows are in poor condition with an almost constant stench of sewage outside.
The bar is dreadful with expensive and badly made drinks. Eg worst “Pisco sour” in Peru... I mean basic
Every day and night until 23:00 there is tinny crappy 70/80s remix music playing on loop. Keeping everyone awake and no one enjoying it.
The whole look of the place is shabby and not chic. It envokes a dilapidated theme park from the 1950s: overall poor place and definitely would NOT recommend. Sort yourselves out. Walk along the beach front and take a look at the other establishments. Try and have a little care about how your place looks from the front and beach.
** For the price I wouldn’t expect uneven paths with broken tiles, rickety buildings, sewage smell, rubbish expensive bar, surly staff and dreadful amenities**
Ps I would say the security guards and cleaner are lovely people and hope they get paid properly as they shine as great people and only saving grace to this calamity of a hotel/resort.
I wish I had taken photos to prove it but didn’t want to ruin my holiday memories.
