I think people like to moan for the sake of moaning... this hotel was AMAZING!!! The location, the beach, the luxury tent, the pool, and the staff. This is a great place to relax and the staff are lovely they have something going on each day like bingo or a movie night (although it was in Spanish, it was still good to watch)

I would say for the price you pay for this hotel, the food could be better! Although their is a lot of variety to choose from and the service is great, however for the price you pay for the food it’s a bit overpriced for the quality you get.

Excellent accommodations, top service,the carpas, top of the line, very clean, will strongly recommend 100%.
Staff pointed to attractions near the Hotel, and also recommended Restaurants away from the Hotel.

All the staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly and accomodating. They went out of their way to help us with excursions, even when we felt indisposed with stomach virus. A special mention deserves Maria Ines at the K'oral spa and the lady manager whose name I don't recall, sorry. She directed staff to help us during our stay and had breakfast to go for us on our early am checkout, good job! It was dreamy to sleep with the ocean waves.
