Of course one can't expect an extended exposition like in a wellknown museum. Still what CastelBrando collected is a lovely selection of swords, lances, rapiers, armor, beautifully displayed, with clear explanations, a journey back in history. On top of all there is an audio guide in different languages. This can be put on the speakers, so no need for headsets. A beautiful set up in a lovely environment. Well done!

This is a lovely castle but is more of an event space than a sightseeing stop. The museum is only open for 2 hours in the afternoon.

The museum of the army was a walk back in time to the 8th century when the castle was used to help defend the northern cities of Italy against the invaders from Germany and France. Most informative and great for history buffs?
