Perfect location ! In the hearth of Old City.
Lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
Modern hotel with compact and cozy SPA.
You can relax in the sauna or swimming pool and look trough the glas wall how rainy day is outside. Steam and two finnish saunas, dzakuzi, inside and outside swimming pools, two different water massage.
Good WIFI and very good breakfast: cold and hot (even for children).
Very good surprise - tasty sweet curd dessert on breakfast !
You can open window in the room for the fresh air (room 211).
Big flat TV. Enough space for big people in the shower rooms.

Maybe some recommendation:
1. When are big groups in the hotel, maybe is better plan time for breakfast,
because it is limited space when all people are comming in the same time.
2. Try to change often water in dzakuzi bad and add some aroma inside.
3. Some dangerous stairs corners in swimming pool under water (for children or seniors) - safety bars are needed.
4. Maybe is possible to add some more design elements to the SPA area and some colour light spots.
5. Air in the SPA area can be a bit warmer (important for children) !!!
6. Fridge in the room needed !

My recommendation for this hotel !

Room Tip: Room 211 is with Old City street view.

Location of this hotel is OK, since Saaremaa is so small - everything is in walking distance.
Room we got - not in the main building, but next to it, on the ground floor (105) - you can hear everything there - neighbours chatting, people coming in at night etc. Absolutely no soundproof.
There was 2 windows and 1 curtain which did not cover both of them, so all the light come in in the morning making sure you'll wake up early.
We had double bed but 2 small blankets and we could't have big one even upon request.
Spa is nice and clean, BUT very-very small! Also - all spa hotels should have separate towels for spa visits by now.
Breakfest - not very big, but good selection. Good coffee.

We visited Kuressaare in rather cold July. Spa has indoor pool and heated outdoor pool. There's also not so deep swimming area for children. Breakfest was good. I also tryed hotels beauty salon and was happy with that. Only minus was that apartment we booked was changed on our arrival to a rather small room. It was compensated with a free breakfest.

We stayed three nights. Great location and good breakfast. We used the pool and the saunas and no complaints. The rooms are spaciousand quiet. The location is the best feature, there are plenty of good restaurants within a couple of blocks.

I love the design of hotel which is something between Scandinavian and industrial style.
Also, it is not a huge hotel so you can enjoy peace at the spa area, restaurant, etc.
The only think I would point out from a negative side is the quality of restaurant - breakfast is great but their al a carte menu is not as good. I recommend to explore restaurants around spa.
