We had a really great week in the villa. Booked via Peninsula Villas which was straightforward, safe and secure. They were extremely helpful and arranged our transfers as well as speedy return of our full deposit.
The villa itself was lovely. Extremely well appointed and very comfortable. Pool was great and we made use of BBQ and kitchen frequently. Beds were very relaxing and roof terrace (not on the photos) was the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.
Hurdem, our contact out there was extremely attentive and really helpful, on hand via text whenever we needed her. She also met us at almost midnight when we arrived and gave us some great local tips.
It's hard to get a cab to pick you up as no one knows where the villa is, so either book a car, or walk down to Victoria's where you can flag a cab or get a dolmus.
We'd all massively recommend the area. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Gumusluk, and the Limon Cafe a particular treat, and only a 15min walk from the villa
Beautiful Villa in a lovely location. Everything you could possible need for a self catering villa holiday is here! I could go on & on & on as there is sooooo much that can be said. If you are considering Turkey for your holiday then I would highly recommend this villa. Excellent boutique style decor & furnishings. Super comfy beds. The town of Gumusluk is also very nice to visit, especially in the evening. We had a few meals watching the sunset with our table right on the waters edge.
Kids loved the pool (as did I). There's also a larger (very quiet) communal pool only 20 steps away if needed.

After having a wonderful holiday in Turkey I thought must write this review. The villa has a boutique hotel feel to it, without the hustle and bustle of other holiday makers. The property has exceptionally high spec finishes to it, with exquisite decor, modern clean lines and beautiful art plus soft furnishings. Nothing is too fussy but has the added finishes & touches of the owners, making it feel very comfortable. The property is fully air conditioned....the sun loungers were the most comfortable I have ever used!!
Having your own private infinity edge pool, with a view of the sea, mountains and small island in the distance makes sunset magical. The terrace leading out from the master bedroom is also a fantastic place to sit throughout the day, especially relaxing for pre-dinner cocktails or champagne.
The location itself is within a very short distance of Limon Café - an outdoor venue perfect for all day dinning. We tried breakfast and dinner there and thoroughly enjoyed it.
We were also a short drive from Bodrum harbour, fantastic for shopping, lunch and historic sights.
The new JW Marriott (5 minutes from the villa) and Mandarin Orient are also close by. Experiencing cocktails and dinner at the JW Marriott was magical. So close to home too, it was a very pleasurable experience.
Dinner at the local fishing village Gumusluk was ridiculously cheap and delicious.
However, my favourite location (apart from the property and being far from the maddening crowd) was Yalikavak Marina. Possibly the best I have seen anywhere. Great places to eat, luxury shopping and the yachts themselves were a sight to behold. Day and night a real must see location and a very short drive from the property.
Overall the holiday was perfect. Couldn't recommended the property, location and views highly enough. A must see and do for couples, singles and a family. Booking through Peninsula Villas was seemless.

We had a great family holiday with our 4 year old daughter.
We loved Bodrum and being situated so close to Gumusluk and not far from Yalikavak. The villa was clean, modern, bright and nicely furnished. Although there was a large communal pool, it was really handy to have a private pool - especially with the little one.
The views were breathtaking and we made the most of the local restaurants and walk trails. My daughter especially enjoyed riding a small pony at Victoria's beach club at the end of the road.
We had hoped to enjoy the kiddie water park in Yalikavak but we were a bit too early in the season. The rest of the marina was fun though!
We hope to return next year
