Choosen just by chance on booking.com. Nice hotel with skilled staff. Late arriving, reception is ready to book 24 hours a day. The bartender is helpful. Clean and comfortable room. First class breakfast. Pool is missing for me.

Poor crisis management

From a Hotel that usually is comfortable and quite good I do expect a better reaction when something goes wrong, as it was the case during my last stay. There was no water at all in the early morning because of a main pipe defect. Not a single drop of water was available for the morning shower or personal hygiene.
The room nonetheless had to be returned with no delay by 11am although having a dirty toilet and dirty bathroom. As if the next guest would want to have a room in this condition!
Not even a bottle of water was offered for one to brush their teeth or wash their faces.
I would have appreciated to return the room after the lunch break to be at least able to quickly refresh myself.
Instead, over 100 guests were instructed to go for a shower in a connected spa, which is open to futher public, following a long path through the hotel and various spa facilities.
Everybody beeing in a tight business schedule, made this alternative unusable for obvious reasons known to the hotel.

Nice hotel with very good servis in nice small city. Rooms are quite big, modern equiped, beds have very good mattresses. Room service is very good, breakfasts are more than sufficient. The hotel restaurant with bar is nice, located in basement (like place where the breakfasts are served), you can't be wrong when you chose this restaurant for evening
If you need access to WiFi, beware of hotel rooms 231-237, 331-337, 431-437 - even WiFi is here, practically is not useable because unstable connection and very low speed. WiFi at conference rooms and around reception is very good.
BTW. you can buy phone card for your mobile in shops like REWE ( handykarten T-Mobile, Vodafone,...), Aldi,...

Spent one business week at this hotel and it was a great choice. Out of Munich in the nice Pre Alps town of Miesbach.
The prices are much more convenient than a hotel in Munich with a much better quality quality.
Comfortable rooms, nice staff, great breakfast. The hotel has all facilities for a nice holiday or business trip.
Just the gym could open a bit earlier. It only opens at 8am which makes impossible to go if you have to work.

Was here for extended stay on business. Hotel is in random location about an hour outside of Munich. Not much around and if you are arriving late, make sure to eat before you arrive. We were starving because nothing was open after 10 PM or so—even though there is a bar/restaurant on site. Rooms are a little dated but are clean and have nice balconies. The continental breakfast and lunch buffets are extensive and mostly good-tasting. Dinner can be made to order with about the same average quality. Staff are hit or miss, with shorter tempers sometimes seen in restaurant staff. Outdoor space—including restaurant—was quite nice to lounge around in during the summer.
Would really only recommend if needing a cheap-ish place for a business retreat for a number of people. Otherwise, head to Munich for some more action!

Not bad at all, decent room, very modern and clean and lovely alpine style balcony for fresh air. We ate in the dining room for the set menu and also an excellent breakfast. I would stay here again despite the major chain branding.
