Very nice place ,great location ,breakfast full of options ,staff very friendly , spa was amazing ,all place is spotless clean and we really enjoyed our stay , definitely we will come back .

In English I am a little better.. but long story short, it was in fact my second stay at Las Fuentes and it was great again! I love the location by the beach, the pool and the super friendly staff. I was quite impressed how well the team has managed during this difficult times. I am very thankful for a great vacation!

We struggle every year to find a holiday destination that can accommodate our family of 6 and doesn't set us back a small mortgage in the process. This hotel was it, large duplex rooms with enough space for everyone. 2 bathrooms and large proper double beds. This was our first all inclusive holiday and I was nervous about getting board of the food or it being not a great standard but we were very pleasantly surprised. We ate in the Italian restaurant one night and while it was lovely the kids preferred the buffet. They loved the freedom to pick out what they liked and as much as they liked. Each meal time there was a huge variety of fresh, healthy and not so healthy food to choose from. Everyone was catered for and the staff were amazing. Every where was so clean and well maintained too. Yes there were a few little birds that flew in through the open windows but they weren't a pest. There were a few cats around the complex but obviously well cared for and never bothered anyone for food. Our kids loved both. The pool areas were great, we missed out on the inflatables which just started up the day we left but other than that we had loads of options to choose from. The kids tried out the clubs on the last 2 days and enjoyed them and my husband loved the gym. Overall I found the staff lovely and attentive, work was ongoing but not intrusive and good to see the hotel being well maintained. The weather was lovely and the location very good too. Everyone had a great holiday and we will definitely be back.
My husband and myself spent 3 nights at the hotel for a shot break. This was the beginning of June, so the hotel wasn't too busy, but the hotel was spotlessly clean as was our room. The pool area is beautiful and kept immaculately. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed bed and breakfast option and the buffet breakfast had a good choice of cooked, continental and other options. There were plenty of sun beds to go around when we were there and the views from the pool area were beautiful. Fantastic little beach within a few steps of the garden. There was plenty of free parking in the road to the side of the hotel, but this may not be the case in the summer. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area. We flew into Castellon airport, which as only about 20 mins from the hotel. Would recommend to others and didn't find it expensive, noisy or unwelcoming. Other reviews have complained at the lack of English, but you are in Spain and enough of the staff spoke English if you needed anything.
Should be 3 1/2 stars for no english. Well, I started from the first with left foot. Why ? At the reception, they do not know English well. The staff does not speak English and this is making the communication difficult. The food is good. The view and the location of the hotel are very good. BUT there is a big problem with the noise. The hotel is very noisy in the night. By day is not the problem. But in the evening ,even at 12:00 there is noise. The children are runing on the hallway at 12:00 in the night.
Again, the stuff does not know english. I coundn’t order a juice without bubles. They do nou undertand english 😤😤😤. Also coffee. Still water and so on. The menus are in spanish wtf. We are in EU. The hotel is a 4 Stars hotel.
