This is our second year to stay here. Fantastic staff, very friendly. Very much a Spanish hotel with not a lot of foreign guests. Great generous buffet with interesting v food choices. The staff have been wonderful to us and could not be more helpful. We will be back.

Stayed here for one night while on a cycling tour and the receptionist couldn’t have been less helpful when we arrived.

We had a small van with some equipment that he didn’t want us to park in the car park. After 20 minutes of negotiations, he allowed us to park but then decided he wanted full payment for all rooms before he would give us the room keys. This was after saying we should pay on departure when we arrived.

The rooms were basic.

Breakfast was poor. Cheap, low quality food and was late opening.

The location of this hotel was really good so such a shame it’s spoilt by the staff and trying to cut corners with cheap ingredients for breakfast.

The hotel looks quite impressive on the first view and pool areas and garden are nice. We were just staying for one night and had a family room booked for 3 persons. The room was quite small for 3 adults and the beds definitely too small for 2 people. The matresses were hard as stone and not keeping up with a modern four star hotel standard. All of us slept very badly and not because of the stormwinds outside.
In the morning we were hoping to have a nice buffet breakfast as it is often the case in spanish hotels. But what a nightmare! First we were shocked about the restaurant, it was like in a big company or hospital canteen of the seventees and invaded by at least 200 people at the same time. The food quality was horrible.....tasteless, nothing individual and of cheap quality. The orange juice tasted as coming from a chemistry shop.
The best thing was the friendlyness of the hotel staff - they did their best.
Dear Management: please invest into quality, the many gifts at check in are all nicely meant but not needed!

The title says it all really apart from one element.

The staff were very accommodating and the spa was average but yet I've never been to a hotel that has a free spa like this one.

The rooms were generous and the sea view was spectacular.

Now with the negative. The last part that we experienced before leaving the hotel which was the breakfast. It is undoubtedly the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel and I'm quite well traveled. Everything i tried was inedible and cold. The cappuccino was also the worst, it was like a sweet hot chocolate...

Stayed here one night on our coast of spain trip easter 2018. Booked a deluxe room, expecting nice view, but initially got only view of parking lot. After complaining, we got moved to room with ocean and pool view! Room was really nice, so was bathroom. Bed was a bit hard and pillows were rubbish! Did not sleep to well! Indor pool was OK, but a bit small/crowded. Outdoor pools were nice, but not heated, so could not use it! Just a few meters to beach. The hotel did not have water heater, in room or at reception, irritating for us who are addicted to coffey or tea!

Room tip: choose seaview room!

This hotel is large, in no way intimate, but the facilities and rooms are first rate and spotlessly clean . We had booked on the over 55's 5 day special (Sun to Fr), which offers excellent value for money. We'd deliberately picked a time when the kids have not broken up from school, but were very surprised to see the large number of Spanish school children who made sitting round the pool a far from relaxing experience, though this cannot be the fault of the hotel ! And there is a lovely beach just a stone's throw away. The two biggest gripes are firstly the outrageous cost of car parking. 10€ per night outside the high season is VERY steep, which we refused to pay, preferring to leave our car on the street outside. The fact that the hotel car park was deserted must tell the owners that their charges are too high. And secondly the food , though plentiful and buffet style was rather bland and unappetising . We have sampled many Spanish 4* hotel buffet dinners and breakfasts, and this was amongst the poorest . Very poor selection of cold meats/cheeses, and the fresh grilled chops, fish etc were not cooked quickly enough to satisfy demand , resulting in long, fractious queues.

Room tip: worth paying for a room with sea view, though I understand all rooms are same size
