We arrived at 7:30pm with no reservations. They found us a lovely table with a perfect view.
The staff is warm and friendly with no sacrifice to professionalism
We ordered a cheese plate, Greek salad and sea bass- all delicious. The house red wine was reasonable and very smooth. Dinner was followed by complimentary fresh fruit and s shot of traditional Greek liquor.
A wonderful meal in a delightful location. Worth the hike up the hill.

A nice gift of dried basil from the owners was just another pleasant suprise

There's nothing I can complain about this place. The view is stunning, the food is superb and service at its best! The Aegean salad, and mushroom risotto were really delicious! Highly recommend!

We decided that we try the Karavaki restaurant. We ordered the T-Bone and Sea Bass with a bottle of wine. The plating was very nice, the taste even better and we payed only 80 euros. The view is very nice, much better then any other restaurant.

The walk there is a bit tricky but there is a shortcut, a certain staircase that goes up to this place. 15 min walk from port.

With car its a short drive.

The setup its perfect giving you a great overview of Mykonos city, try to go around sunset, its incredible. Besides during the day i imagine is very hot.

Prices are actual very decent, food is great and stuff is nice.

Bottle of wine and 2 mains are under 90€.

Worth a visit !

The first thing to note is where this restaurant is, as its hidden inside the Vencia Boutique Hotel on the hillside overlooking the harbour and town. It has room for parking which is certainly good anywhere in and around Mykonos Town!

The hotel and the setting for the restaurant is lovely, the position allows you to dine inside or eat al fresco under the stars, the lighting is subtle and the views out of the town are stunning.

The restaurant appeared quite quiet although I expect our service would have been good regardless. We were recommended a Greek full-bodied red which was very drinkable.

We were joined by the usual occasional cat, although the ginger 3-legged one kept its distance, clearly understanding we were not cat lovers regardless of the amount of legs he had.

The starters (stuffed mushrooms and grilled veg) were average at best and quite disappointing given the setting. The tomato, and cheese on bread main was better which I admit for the reader isn't sounding that great so far. The whole squid on a bed of tabouli however was beautiful and thoroughly enjoyable. We finished the meal with the complimentary water melon and Mastic (of which we had 4!)

All in all, the location and setting are definitely catapulting this place up the TA rankings but the food needs to be dialled up to compete with the better eating establishments in the city.
