The friendly driver was waiting for us at the port with a clearly visible sign which is so important with hundreds of passengers disembarking. The journey from the port to the hotel is about 10-15 minutes. I had found this hotel a few weeks earlier on a previous trip to Mykonos. The location is great. It is located on a quiet road but only about 50m from the bus station (for the beaches). It is 100m from Little Venice and the start of the entrance to the labyrinth of windy streets leading through Mykonos town proper to the waterfront. The famous Mykonos windmills are about 10-15 minutes walk. The reception staff were all friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. The room was extremely clean, plenty of amenities, the air-conditioning worked well and the shower pressure was strong with plenty of hot water. Although we were at the back of the hotel, there was a very large (shared) terrace and was very quiet. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of fresh fruit, eggs, croissants (so light) and of course the famous Greek yoghurt and honey. Cannot fault this hotel and we will definitely return in the future.
