My wife and I have been vacationing at El Dorado Royale Casitas for 6 years. We come back every year because of the incredible gourmet dining, wonderful location, ( only 30 mins from CUN airport) and the most attentive and wonderful staff we’ve ever had in a resort. Seriously, they treat us like royalty, every time and every day! My wife was celebrating her 50th birthday and the entire week she had little surprises, in our room- (champagne, chocolates, etc- see pics)at the pool, at the beach in the restaurants! Our butlers, Alexis, Andriana and Hector, were beyond amazing! Multiple times during the day and night they would see if we needed anything and respond almost immediately to any request.
Our beach butler Carla, was such a joy to see at the beach. Always smiling, happy to see us every day, and also so professional with her service. Big thank you to Fabio our check in Concierge. He’s so knowledgeable, pleasant and professional every time we see him. Huge thank you to Chef David and the server David who made our private Chef Table dinner at D’Italia for my wife’s birthday, literally the best dinner we’ve ever had! Try and reserve this if you want an amazing, private, romantic dinner. Lastly, one of our favorite people at Casitas is Miss Vicky who makes the most incredible seafood dishes for lunch exclusively for building 32 guests. Always smiling and she and Carla even surprised my wife one day with a special birthday pastry and song.

Gourmet food, 5 star accommodations, rooms that are connected to swim up pools, which connect to swim up bar and wonderful beach beds only 30 yards from pool! Those accommodations are wonderful but what separates this resort from other all inclusive style resorts is the dining and the FIRST CLASS SERVICE!! I want to recognize Candido our butler who was available all day every day! He changed our dinner reservations, brought ice to our room every day by 4pm so we could enjoy a pre dinner cocktail in our room- plus anything else we could think of - he was there for us everyday!! We appreciate how hard you worked to make everything perfect for us!! Muchas Gracias mi hermano!!
Also a big thank you to Hector- Candidos partner butler who was also extremely helpful and attentive to us!
Our bartender at Casitas 32 was Eduardo and he was fantastic every day!!
Our beach butler, Carla always greeted us with a big smile and was so attentive to us while we lounged in the beach bed.

We had a private dinner at the private residence (located on the resort) of the late singing sensation Juan Gabriel ( reserve this!) and our guide, Roccha was incredible! A private tour of the home plus a tequila tasting and discussion of all the courses with wine pairing.
Daniel our personal chef for that dinner knocked us out with his extraordinary gourmet meal- BRAVO!!
The check in process was easy and first class handled by Fabio and his staff at the Casitas check in. Thank you!!
Oh- and don’t forget Vicky who is the chef at the seafood cafe at 32. The best seafood soup and fresh seafood dishes for lunch in the entire resort!!
This was our 5th trip to this resort and we will be back for our 6th next year- already booked for 2020. Thank you to the entire staff at El Dorado/Casitas for making our vacations truly memorable each and every time!!!!

Our experience to El Dorado Royale was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Resort is beautiful, clean with all safety standards in mind. Food was excellent and I cannot say enough about our Butler’s Enrique and Candido. Overall an amazing experience with amazing service! I can’t wait to go back!
