“Lovely view, amazingly comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean and tasteful. Hand-made pottery for use by guests”
Reviewed 31 January 2011 for a stay in January 2011

We enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage with a beautiful view from bedroom and living area, and being able to use the lovely pottery cups, plates and dishes made by the potter owner. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and combined with the quiet location, make for a great night's sleep. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely bushwalk to the beach nearby. Flatscreen TV was a bonus, as was the freshly ground coffee.

“WOW! A truly serene and exceptionally relaxing retreat!”
Reviewed 30 January 2011 for a stay in January 2011

What an awesome place! The cottage itself was spotlessly clean containing everything we needed for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Coromandel. Stuart and Catherine were fabulous hosts and made us feel really welcome. I would recommend this accommodation whole heartedly and hope to visit again soon.

“Exceptional welcome, delightful private, clean, sunny cottage nestled in the bush”
Reviewed 24 January 2011 for a stay in March 2010

A warm welcome greeted us by the hosts, Catherine and Stuart. Their delightful cottage is private, sunny and nestled in native bush, with views to the Cormandel Harbour. The cottage has a high standard of cleanliness, and has charming decor with art, and unique pottery made by Stuart in his studio on the property - a must to visit and peruse- and maybe buy! The location is close to the town of Cormandel, where there are plenty of arts and crafts and things to see and do. We certainly recommed this place to stay and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this pretty cottage, and the wonderful hospitable company of the hosts
