Welcoming hosts, immaculate facilities, lovely continental breakfast, beautiful decor so glad that we chose this establishment to reside in it is situated across from a lovely white church 2 seconds walk from the boulevard we loved it !
Katwijk aan zee is a lovely place to stay beautiful long beach with beach bars dotted along the coast and some restaurants along the front of the boulevard, behind the boulevard you will find lovely shops to browse in
Take the train from schipol airport to Leiden 20 minutes traveling time trains run around every 10 / 15 minutes
Take bus from Leiden to katwijk aan zee ( bus station is directly out side train station) choice of 3 buses 30, 31 and 37 bus tickets can be bought on bus you will get a bus every 15 minutes with 10 minutes travelling time
We will definately be back in Katwijk aan zee and will definately stay at bed and breakfast Katwijk

Stayed at this great B&B for the second time. That should say it all as we are only going back to those hotels, etc that have earned our respect and have received our top markings.

This B&B gives more than just being a good place to stay. The welcome, cleanliness, attention, facilities, etc are exactly right but, in addition to that, the balance of personal touch and pure professionalism is just right.

Katwijk-aan-Zee has many B&B's but were are very pleased to have chosen this one. It is an excellent place to relax.

What is very positive for us also is that the people in Katwijk are remarkably friendly, helpful and courteous. The service in shops and restaurants reminds us of the 50's and 60's.

We have found a nice hide away.

I stayed at 3 different hotels in Katwijk, and this was the best. I stayed in the chalet. It had a kitchen, sitting room and shower & toilet on the ground floor, and large room on the upper floor. It's a B&B, but prices the same as a hotel for a solo traveller. For couples and families it would be a super price too. Friendly owner. I felt really at home here.
