“Couldn't ask for anything more ...”
Reviewed 18 June 2015 for a stay in August 2014

We have been here on at least 3 occasions - and it is just the ticket for a relaxing few weeks in the sun. The house is comfortable and well furnished - with a small patio giving access to the gardens and a pool area. The beach is about 5 mins away - along a shaded path through the dunes ... and we have yet to find it crowded despite coming during peak season. Buses to Guardamar can be caught from the bottom of the street (though they are a little erratic!) and restaurants & supermarkets are within easy reach. I can't recommend this highly enough - though not too highly as we do want there to be space for us to come back again!

“Beautiful house, home from home, ideal for family, fabulous location”
Reviewed 26 April 2014 for a stay in July 2013

My husband, myself and my two small children stayed at the house in July last year.

We had a wonderful holiday. Communication with the owners was really excellent. They were helpful and informative and could not do enough for us.

The house was lovely. It was really tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable - with plenty of room for a family of four. The master bedroom was really huge with a lovely annexe room off it that caught the sun all day. Our children particularly liked the roof terrace. We sunbathed up there. The kitchen was really well equiped and we were able to eat our meals in either the front or back terraces.

What I really liked was the thoughtful little things that the owners provided. There were books around that we could read. On the back terrace there was a cupboard full of pool and beach equipment.

When I asked the kids what they loved about it, they had no hesitation in saying the lovely gardens attached to the houses, plus the swimming pool, which we had access to. They spent all day in the pool.

The location was great as well. There was a little corner shop and pharmacy near by. The beach was also a walk away - which was fabulous.

I would highly recommend Casa Valerie.

“Lovely beach get away”
Reviewed 23 April 2014 for a stay in July 2013

The villa is approx 30min taxi ride and situated in a new (ish) estate. It has access to shared gardens and a small but well proportioned pool.
There is a small area at the back to have a breakfast and access to the roof top terrace too.
The rooms are well proportioned. There is a well stocked kitchen for all your self-catering needs. There is a small onsite shop or hope on a bus for the larger supermarkets.
The beach is a short distance over the main road. It is a quiet and safe shoreline.
The area is quiet at night but you can walk along the beach (approx 1km) to a nearby town with a busier night life and access to restaurants or go a little further along by taxi.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Good for families.
