My husband & I have just spent two weeks at the Lanzarote Princess & have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food is plentiful & there is lots of choice. Staff are very friendly & efficient. A special mention for Octavia at reception who gave great customer service, she was professional & efficient with a great sense of humour. The hotel was full to bursting & it was difficult to get a sun bed in the shade as we were not prepared to get up at an unearthly hour to grab one. As a result we only spent two mornings by the pool. The room we were allocated was clean & spacious but smelt damp & overlooked the tennis court & road, the maintenance staff looked at the air con but the smell remained. The second week we upgraded to a superior room (pool view) well worth it as even the bed was more comfortable.
The location of the hotel is perfect to walk into town (10 mins) or to the Marina Rubicon (15 mins) market Wednesday & Saturday, Unusually for us we went on 3 trips, Teguise market (very historical town) which we enjoyed & the north of the island trip which included caves plus the afternoon/evening trip to the Timanfaya
National park which was amazing.
We would definitely return to Lanzarote, & the H10 Princess.More
