Room was large and clean. Good bathroom with hot water. Had a little patio area with 2 chairs and a table. Family run and very accommodating. Good breakfast with lots of choice. They had an out door pool but weather didn't allow us to use.

Strange mixture of stylish rooms and camping site. The rooms are large, clean and modern with comfortable beds. The restaurant for breakfast is spacious with lots of variety. Friendly and informative staff. Only downside is the somewhat holiday campish attempts to get people to join in with games. Otherwise good

We stayed at Corte dei Melograni for 1 week. It's a new resort with 12 rooms in a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Our room was very clean with a private terrace. Everything is maintained perfectly by Pino and his wife who did their best to give us a comfortable stay. The breakfast is good with fresh croissants in the morning and a delicious cappuccino. There are bicycles available to go to Otranto which is just 10 min away. We cycled through the olive trees, visited Otranto, swam in the pool, chilled at the beaches and felt like true Italians!!

Large, clean room with a comfortable bed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Otranto and its surroundings are really beautiful.
I would definitely recommend people to stay here and I will go back myself if I have the chance!

We stayed at hotel Corte dei Melograni for a week at the beginning of August and were made SO happy there by the friendly family-owners and their staff.
The hotel has excellent standards - immaculately clean and well-maintained with all mod-cons: from air-conditioning and mosquitto-screens, to power-showers, hair-dryers, mini-fridges & Wi-Fi. It is also private and secure, enclosed within automated gates.
The hotel has a contemporary style and is situated within beautiful Italian gardens with olive trees surrounding the tranquil pool. The rooms, which are arranged off a central courtyard lined with blossoming pomegranate (melograni) trees and pretty flower beds, also have their own private patios.
Most outstanding is the overwhelming kindness and generosity of the family-owners. For example, the breakfasts are a feast with an array of homemade pastries and cakes! Having only mentioned my egg allergy, I was pleasantly suprised by the owner who had specially baked me a cake 'senza uova' which was so heavenly she has promised me the recipe! As if that were not enough, she also made a delicious chocolate cake and even let me take some away with me!
All at Corte dei Melograni were super helpful and attentive (without being intrusive) to all our needs. Offering good advice about the area and excursions as well as recommending and booking good restaurants for our evening meals.
It is a great location if you have a car - just five minutes from the beach and old town port of Otranto.
We would love to return and would look forward to seeing the family again (and their daughters and gorgeous grandchildren!)
Overall, Corte dei Melograni is truly excellent - a perfect, peaceful part of Southern Italy. The owners have pride in their high standards which are obvious and admirable and greatly appreciated by their guests. They are also so warm and welcoming making our holiday so special, relaxed and enjoyable! A big thank you!
