Worst hotel in the entire Jim Corbett area. Poor management.

-Food not suited for consumption.
-Filthy rooms
-Smelly bathrooms
-Arrogant staff
-Greedy owners
-Worst service or rather I would say no service at all

Our recent travel to the property was for a family function. The entire discussion on the rates and travel itinerary had been finalized with the appointed travel agent of the hotel Mr. Karan.
We had made a confirmed reservation for 12 rooms and we only got 11 out of 12 as they had oversold their property. We were not the only ones complaining there were at least 4 to 5 more guests who had the same problem. 2 of the couple had to cancel their booking and look for some other place after the hotel denied that they did not have any room.
On arriving at the property we went straight for lunch and had to wait for over 40 minutes to get a couple of bread for which we had to bribe the Hotel staff to send the bread at the earliest.
They only had one bell boy on the property of over 55 rooms and it took him almost forever to get the luggage delivered to the room. The moment we entered the room it was filled with the most disgusting smell in the world and there were used bottles and glasses in the cupboard.
Next day when we asked them about the bill they sent us the bill with of over 3,50,000 with room charges of 12 rooms, rates had been increased by 20% for no reason and we had spend almost 2 hours arguing with them about the wrong charges.
I request everyone to stay avay from this hotel or any other Hotel managed by NATURE TRIP HOSPITALITY SERVICE as these guys will not stick to there words and will try to cheat you in every possible ways by just bouncing the things from one person to another.

A place away from the humdrum of the city

It was an undoubtedly cheerful experience.The staff being very enthusiastic.It had magnificent view and was extremely spacious.All together a bang on place to relax and attain peace of mind.Cherry on top is it is pet friendly.The owner of the resort Mr.Mayank was very courteous and was always on his feet to help his guests in order to make their stay a memorable one.I appreciate and wish them the best of everything

Awesome

We came with a group of 100 students and the stay was very comfortable. The food quality, the location and other amenities are awesome. The staff is very courteous.

The entire experience was awesome.

Best all round amenities

Beautiful, well kept, grand resort with the best of amenities, beautiful infinity pool, for relaxing and rejuvenating. The bonfire, the cultural programme( the folk dance- Kumaoni and Garhwali) , the tasty food, the activities ( Table Tennis , Snooker table, Carrom etc) made our stay really memorable. Great view of the Himalayas and green Mango groves and wheat and sugarcane fields ,from our room was a plus point. Their Villa like rooms with a plunge pool with spacious rooms is a nice concept. Very good for groups, big families looking for a peaceful vacation. Spacious parking lot.Thanks and we will come again.— Dr.V.A.Senthil Kumar, DELHI.

Excellent stay

We came with our colleagues. The stay was excellent with excellent food & service. Keep up the good work. The room were spacious. Ample of space. Property is excellent. With good game room. Good experience overall .
