We stayed here for 2 nights in the first week of June. The yurt was really spacious and comfortable. As the weather was good we didn’t need to use the wood burning stove but great to have for colder evenings. The yurts are set in a lovely wooded area surrounded by fields so it did feel like a back to nature experience despite the luxury of the yurts.
The toilets and showers were clean and well maintained and the free tea/coffee in the morning and hot chocolates in the evening went down a treat. The children made friends with others and loved the freedom of running around and playing in the yurts, while parents could relax knowing they were safe to explore. There was a solar battery in the yurt which was sufficient for us to keep phones charged. There’s no refrigerator but we found the communal cooler and our own adequate for a 2 night stay.
We really enjoyed it here and hope to come back! More
