“Perfect”
Reviewed 29 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Stayed here for 1 week at the end of June. House was spotless and well equipped. Garden and surroundings neat and tidy. Garden birds include Great Tit, Blue Tit, Coal Tit, Chaffinch, Robin, Greater Woodpecker, Wood Pigeon, Tree Creeper, Black Bird, and Dunnock. Local wildlife included Red Deer, Red Squirrels, Capercaille, Various Falcons, Common Buzzards, Ospreys and many more. Cant wait to return next year!
Only minor bad points were one of the double beds was a bit small and a bit firm. The key pick up from Aviemore key is a bit out of the way. Key can only be picked up later on the afternoon on the day of arrival.

“A superb winter highland holiday advernture”
Reviewed 25 November 2015 for a stay in November 2015

Osprey House had us entirely satisfied in what we hoped for in a peaceful break in the highlands in winter. Everything for a busy family was catered for in a cosy and well appointed 'home from home'. The location was superb, not least in the forest walks and wildlife being literally through a gate in the back garden. The crowning glory included a covering of snow which allowed sledging, snowman building and even some ski tuition all on the doorstep.
Without doubt the property would lend itself to holidaying in Nethy Bridge in other seasons throughout the year

“Wonderful family holiday home in the Caledonian forest”

We had an extended stay in Osprey House. We were a family of four and various extended family members. Situated in the beautiful village of Nethy Bridge right in the Caledonian forest, with walking and cycling routes accessed direct from the property. Inside the house is large, incredibly equipped, with recently upgraded heating, furniture and bedding. The wood chip boiler ensures plenty of hot water, warm rooms and its 'green' too. Can't wait to return.

“Excellent place to base your holiday”

Osprey House is a wonderfull option to base your holiday in Niethy Bridge, Aviemore area. We only stay 3 nights but it felt much longer, very good location. It backs onto a lovely woodland area ideal for walks.
The house was very well presented and very very comfortable, and mangers were very easy to deal with.
Would highly recommend to families looking for a flexible very nice place to stay.

“Tranquil family home from home”
Reviewed 21 June 2014 for a stay in March 2014

Looking forward to booking this house again for more family gatherings, I live locally and this large well equip house offered me and my family (some of whom had travelled 100's of miles!) a relaxing retreat.
Being surrounded by woodland and all the wildlife you can possibly imagine we had planned several 'day excursions' which we realised weren't necessary once we had spent a little time in the house (and lit the open fire!) feeling comfortable and content staying there.

Despite only being a few miles from my own home I felt swept away with the tranquil majestic charm of this house and everything the lovely little village has to offer.
