We had ensalada de jamón con virutas de foie 13e, pulpo a la parrilla 16e and chipirones 12e, all nice and tasty but a bit pricey. Pulpo was small amount. Anyway was tasty.

I was in La Tienduca de Cholo so many times that it's very difficult to remember what was the best one. The guests are always offered with excellent fresh seafood, big portions, reasonable prices, wide selection of wines and very attentive service. You become addicted to this place right from the first time you come there since they treat you like an old friend, yet with a great share of respect to your taste, time and money... Would recommend not only for dinner, but also for lunch. Rabas or Chipirones with two glasses of wine will charge you with energy and a strong will to come back in the evening in order to try more dishes and more wines.

Had some passable rabas, boquerones and patatas here. Waiter was a bit glum. Good vibe watching the world pass by.

A very good alternative to La Darsena (which wasn't serving food until 2100hrs). Excellent quality food and service.

We arrived late in Suances (at El Castillo where we stayed, this was one of their recommended restaurants) and were hungry for dinner. What we got was a sweet locale right down on the part of town that fronts the beach, a delightful owner (and our server!), and the food was magnificent - just what we needed: croquetas de jamon iberico (homemade, of course), chopitos (tiny squid dusted with flour and quick fried), and tigres rebosados (stuffed mussels)... all were of the finest I've eaten anywhere in Spain. We had come in out of the cold rainy weather tired and hungry and we left feeling so happy and well fed! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some excellent tapas or raciones - it could not have been MORE perfect for us.
