Just came back from staying at this hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to a suite which had its own sun terrace and jacuzzi, this was amazing. It was quite warm so the cold jacuzzi came in handy. The mini bar in the room is included in the All Inclusive. If you didnt want to leave the hotel, you could stay there and spend no money. Staff at the hotel are so friendly and always pleasant. The Italian restaurant is a definate must if you are here, Lena the waitress was brillant. Food is decent, good choice, breakfast was my favourite, although the pastries were to die for. The only down side is your need to be up early for the sunbeds. We went to the beach in the morning, 8 Euros for two sunbeds and umbrella, so cheap compared to other parts of Spain. Malibu Bar outisde is great for Cocktails, so much choice. Grand Mall is good for shopping, though it closes at 9 pm. Went to the market on Thursday, dead on, although you cant barter with them.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a suite, its fantastic.

Have just returned from this fabulous hotel! Visited here in 2016 and returned 14th June this year for a fantastic week. I emailed the hotel prior to arriving to ask for a high floor with a sea or pool view and was rewarded with room on the 3rd floor with a brilliant view of the sea. Arrived with 3 coaches but check in was quick and efficient and we were round the pool by 2pm couldn’t have been any better. Room was great fridge in the room with branded soft drinks which were replaced every day. Also on arrival we had a plate of fresh fruit left in the room very welcoming after the journey.
Food was great lots of choices and a roast every night. Breakfast was 5*...yes you had to wait for fresh fried egg and omelettes but this wasn’t a problem if you got that 1st! Can’t believe people moaned about this! Drinks were good branded spirits which you asked for but again not an issue! Loads of bars outside the hotel yes very quiet but very nice...some people must be very hard to please. Long trousers at evening meal but again jeans are fine and just get changed after! Sunbeds can be a problem which hotel should address as some people don’t use them all day...but life guard is very helpful if you need beds or parasols. Yes pools are cold when you get in but it is hot so will feel cold and once your in they are absolutely wonderful... all the staff are friendly and always speak Cannot fault anything and will definitely be back

Visited 3 times now love the hotel as I did the first time.
The location is great transfer is a bind if you get your cases last and there is traffic but not as bad as other destinations.

For myself personally a week is enough so the food etc doesn’t get to samey. Good choice and deserts are great.
Only issue is the Centre cooking area which is different meats every night can create a backup and we found as a family that we eat our meals at different times if someone fancied a steak they would be waiting as the chef cooks individually each persons request instead of just constantly cooking the meat or pasta dishes. That can be frustrating and has been like this for the 3 visits. I have fed this back to the manager as my only criticism of the hotel.

The pool is a lazy river type and with temps being so hot July/Aug a welcome touch to dive in and meander round it. There is no big pool to swim. The kids have a good play water area at the side of the hotel and a seating area for parents etc.

Daytime activities are good but not advertised as they used to be. Reps would be buzzing around to get participants but it was not the case.
The daily water aerobics are good fun for men and women.

The evening shows are even great or terrible. The reps work hard but when they perform something it is pretty forgettable. But can be funny for the wrong reasons.

Service at the bar is quick and good drinks on the all inclusive.

Hotel on the beach out of the back gate and your on the beach which is so quiet even in August. Weekend it can get busier with the locals going on but not Benidorm levels of busy.
Great front to stroll and shops not far away probably 15 min walk.

Cannot think of any negatives with this hotel. Food, staff all excellent. Room had a very comfortable bed and ours had aview of the lovely pool, with the lazy river, and jacuzzi beds. The food being cooked in the dining room was really good, there were 2 or 3 choices of fish, and 2 or 3 choices of meat each lunch and dinner, order what you want and its cooked while you wait. There was also many other choices of ready cooked food, and an area that had a different country theme each evening. We were there during the Royal Wedding, and they even baked a huge wedding cake for guests to share, nice touch. The manager and deputy manager where always about keeping an eye on things and talking to guests. This hotel is scrupulously clean, and all in all is one of the better hotels we have visited. We visited the Thursday market which was enormous, just a bus ride away, but if you only go for 1 week you can't visit as flights from Britain only go there on a Thursday I think.

Room Tip: We had a pool view, it was great
