Manoir Dalmore is a perfect place for a quiet getaway. When we arrived, Marie greeted us with a warm welcome and was very informative. Anything you need, they are very attentive. The Manoir Dalmore makes you feel at home with luxury hotel service. They also have bikes for you to tour the beautiful small village and the breath taking views of the coast. If you are passing thru and need a place to stay, think Manoir Dalmore....we hope to see you again soon!

Beautiful, unique, large country house built in the 1920th set in a wonderful garden and with a view on a small, very charming and secluded bay. Run by the owners. We had a room with view of the sea, which made it even more delightful. House retains the enchantment of a bygone era. Attention perfect, dinner and breakfast excellent. If in the area, this will our first choice.

On the plus side, the employees are friendly and helpful. On the minus side is everything else. Avoid room #8; it is a broom closet. It has a dramatic shower, without hooks or bars to hang towels, no shelves for toiletries, and a step up from the main floor. The clothes closet is no wider than a single hanger, and about 12 inches deep. It's 20° hotter in this room than outdoors yet there is a heavy comforter on the bed in mid July. The bedside tables are so small you can barely put down your telephone and a pair of glasses. There is a single luggage rack so where does the second guest put their suitcase? The so-called game room has a few games and a piano but is adjacent to two guestrooms so if anyone played the piano the guests in rooms 3 & 4 would be disturbed. There is a dusty road to the beach, but the beach is not very nice. It's covered with algae and rocky. You will need beach shoes to enter the water comfortably. The small beach is crowded and noisy. Finally, this hotel is not near shops or restaurants and is hard to find. It was the most disappointing stay in a grand tour of Brittany. Maybe the suites are better, but room 8 is a disaster.

We had a delightful stay at Manoir Dalmore, the food was delicious, ( although vegetarian options would have been welcome), the location superb, the staff very friendly and helpful. One of the rooms had no view at all, as the small window was in the bathroom. However, the outside aspect of the building reminded me of a small chateau, and the decor and furnishings of the dining room were full of period character. We were made to feel extremely welcome when we arrived after a long journey, well into the evening, and it was was wonderful to be able to sit down to dinner straight away.

From your very nice suite right to the nice beach and back and forth. Awesome place! And the people are very friendly. We all felt at ease, also our boys. That cannot be said of every hotel! So strongly recommended for families.
