This restaurant was located on the upper floor of a strip mall.
The food was very good and recommended by some of the locals.
Dinners in Monteverde are not inexpensive, but this was a good find, and reasonably priced.

We stopped by here as it was really close to our hotel and we’d heard good things about it! We were also between tours and so had to have somewhere nearby and quick. Nearby it was, quick it was not!
However, it was very busy because of its popularity and we went at the height of lunch time!

Locals and travellers both use this place and the menu has a large range of typical Costa Rican food, Mexican food and pastas.

We had been eating quite a lot of Costa Rican food so opted for the quesadilla and fajitas.

The food took a while, I would say it was a two drink wait, although we just sipped on a coke each.

The quesadilla was good, served with fries however the fajitas were a little different as such that you couldn’t actually make a fajita out of it, more just chop it all up and put it on a fork!

I’m sure that if you had a little more Costa Rican time this would be a great little place to spend a lunch time. The outlook is great, the people are nice and the food is good value.

Great Tico food at a very reasonable price. Very large dishes but they let you take it away in a box - we had to. Steak was great and rice dishes very good. Lovely watermelon juice and friendly staff.

We ate there once, did not go back. The food is bland, sauces are industrial grade and the taste is nowhere to be found.

Service is good with professional waiters, but that's it.

This restaurant is delightful -- authentic Tico food in a great environment. The views of town at sunset were relaxing. The portions were huge! We had pork chops, casado (homestyle chicken), fried pork, and chicken quesadilla. I think the pork chops were the best. Also the fresh juice was delicious. You can't go wrong here.
