Great restaurant: good food, great service and lovely ambiance. The parking was a bit tricky but we found a big car park a short walk away, at Salisbury's.

Had a meal here for a family birthday on Saturday. The restaurant was busy but the service was excellent & the food as usual was very good. I would definitely recommend the pizzas. The meal was very good value for money.

I live in Chertsey and admittedly, it's not the most exciting corner of the earth. It's a fairly quiet little place with very little to shout about, apart form the new Aldi that have opened up. Fortunately, Caspari is almost right on my doorstep.

Last Saturday I decided to treat the wife to 'date night' because we have neglected our social outings since the birth of our little boy 18 months ago. Not letting anything hold us back, we ventured out a whole 100 yards from our front door! (Living the dream)

We've been to Caspari a few times now and it really is a hidden gem (over-used phrase but this one is). The food is excellent (especially the ribs), sea bream and the creme brûlée. The staff are very pleasant and are always around to top up your glass.

The decor is quite random but that adds to the charm of the place. I love the old-fashioned Fiat 500 is positioned inside the restaurant, just in front of the kitchen. YES, they have a car inside the restaurant. It's clean and not dripping oil, so don't panic.

The place has a nice buzz about it without being too noisy. They have had singers in there in the past which are also good fun.

If you only want to swing by for a drink then there is a bar area in the foyer which is cosy enough to sink a few lambrinis. They are big on Limoncello and have a good wine list.

All in all, very recommended and beats going to Pizza Express or some other chain restaurant where the food is tasteless.

We will be going back again soon because it's easy, the food is great and it just works.
