This is a family owned place. It is really peaceful and has a beautiful view of the port and water. We ordered the octopus in wine sauce, shrimp croquettes, eggplant salad, and a greek salad. It was amazing! The service was super friendly too. After we asked for the check they brought us complimentary dessert that the owner of the restaurant created herself. It was heaven. Thank you so much!

If there's one seafood restaurant you have to try in Paros, it's this place. The shop is run by an old Greek grandmother who brooks no nonsense with the standard of food dished out by her kitchen. From where we sat we could hear her strict orders from the kitchen. That brooked well for our order of food - everything was so fresh and the natural flavours of the ingredients just came out with every bite. If your stomach space is limited, go for the grilled mackerel as well as the octopus with red wine sauce.

We loved it so much the first night that we came back again for the second night.

It was our last night in Paros and our hotel reception recommended Trata for a quality seafood dinner. We were very disappointed. The food seemed to be prepared with no care or pride. The grilled octopus war tough and served with nothing but 2 charred tentacles. The fish was overcooked and dry. It was at the very end of the season and felt like the staff had lost all interest in what they were cooking.
