The photos online of these cottages do not do them justice! Recently stayed in East Bothy, and it was the most wonderful family holiday. The cottage was clean, and provided us with everything we needed. The views are just amazing! We had access to Attadale Gardens, which are just beautiful, and the chocolate cake is to die for. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, Joanna is such a lovely lady. We can not wait to book again!

Absolute wonderful place
A great place, very near the Isle of Skye (ab absolute MUST), Eilean Donen Castle and many many more things that are more than worth a visit. We spent one week there and we had a wonderful time. We hope to come again, but will stay longer next time. The attached Attadale gardens are also very very nice and worth a visit - and last but not least, Joanna is a wonderful person, very helpful and always finds the time for chat.

Peaceful, cosy and pet-friendly cottage
We loved our stay in East Bothy. Beautiful scenery all around and Attadale Garden full of stunning autumn colours on the doorstep to visit as often as we liked. Great location for walking, hill-walking, cycling or just taking it easy with a book in front of the log burner.

Very nice and cosy house
Lots of space for 4 persons, including a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with fireplace and free fire wood.
The Cottages are quiet as they are about 300m away from the next road.
WiFi is poor, but to be honest, who needs WiFi in this great area.
Located at the Loch Carron there are many things to do and see, Attadale Gardens are great and there are many attractions nearby (though you will have to travel a lot by car). I.e. Eiliean Donan Castle, Applecross, Isle of Skye....
So the Attadale Holiday Cottages are a great place to start exploring Wester Ross and the Isle of Skye.
Definitively a recommendation!

Cozy, comfortable and stunning location
We cannot recommend Attadale cottages highly enough! We stayed in Strathan House when we were visiting as a family group of eight and we loved it so much we booked into East Bothy when there was then just two of us.
East Bothy is spacious, clean, well equipped and a wonderful house for a getaway or base for exploring the Highlands. When you get home at night it wonderful to light a fire and gather round to chat or play games. Just wonderful!
The area is simply stunning with mountains, lochs and the famous and not so elusive deer on our doorstep. There's lots to do in the local area: cycling, walking, climbing, kayaking - most of which is right on the doorstep. You don't have to walk far to find a Munro. There's lots of fantastic local eateries too which sell local game, fish, shellfish, delicacies etc. Plockton, Skye, Lochcarron and Applecross are all nearby.
The welcome from Joanna and her team makes Attadale feel like a home from home. There's also Attadale Gardens on the estate which you can wander around at your leisure, which are beautiful as well as being manicured and maintained to perfection.
We live in Scotland and are always overwhelmed by its magnificence, beauty and rugged charm however, even with that in mind this is one very very special place we love!

Cosy Bothy in idyiiic setting with mountains and deer for company
We have been coming back to the Attadale Bothy for many years now and we never tire of its beauty and tranquillity. beautiful walks both close at hand and in the area to suit all types of walkers as well as nature lovers. Local places to eat at reasonable prices especially if you like seafood. Space for children to play in safety. Dogs are welcome.

An ideal cosy place to see the beauty of the Higlands
We have stayed many years in one of the Bothys at Springtime. a truly relaxing holiday in beautiful scenery with stags visiting each evening. Excellent area for walks and superb seafood available in local restaurants. The Torridons and the Cullins not too far away to " bag a Munro".

Lovely, Well-Appointed Cottage in the Scottish Highlands
This warm cottage was clean and comfortable and the Attadale Estate staff were very helpful if any help was required. It is within driving distance of Loch Carron, Skye, Applecross and Loch Torridon and the scenery is spectacular. Low level and mountain walks are within easy reach and the lovely nationally famous Attadale Gardens can be visited free of charge by the cottage visitors. If you like a quiet holiday in the middle of beautiful Scottish, scenery then this is the place for you. Our holiday was probably the best we've had in Scotland, over a period of 40 years
