“A WONDERFUL COSY COTTAGE”
Reviewed 16 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Warm welcome to a fantastic cottage(see photoograph) tucked just off the Main Street, behind a row of cottages a quiet garden faces onto the cricket pitch so a bonus for me, Lin ran round the field each morning and we had a swim in the village heated pool run by volunteers a little gem. all within walking distance "everything" was within walking distance!
The cottage was quiet and comfortable, with lots of lovely hand made pottery in the kitchen made by Lee ( the owner) our Pottery Teacher and his wife also our hosts were welcoming and very helpful they had left milk and a fruit loaf for us gave us handy tips and were close by in another lovely cottage. Can highly recommend.

“Fabulous holiday in well equipped cottage”
Reviewed 13 November 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Had a fabulous holiday in this well equipped cottage in the village of Ingleton. Lovely location next to the cricket field. Easy reach of all amenities within the village. Quiet cul de sac location with safe parking in front of cottage. Great to arrive at the cottage and have milk in the fridge and cake after a long journey. Would highly recommend for a family visiting the Dales.

“Quiet and perfect for a family holiday”
Reviewed 9 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We had a brilliant time. Perfect for a family holiday. The cottage was located in a quiet yet central part of Ingleton. We absolutely enjoyed the quiet of the cul-de-sac. The cottage was only a few steps away from the shops, restaurants, cafes and the walks.
Jenny welcomed us on our arrival with some instructions and provided us with an informative and useful file. Arrival refreshments and all equipment for the children were on hand including highchair, cutlery, cot, stair gate and even bed guard.
The children enjoyed the fantastic children’s playground and the heated open air swimming pool. We also explored the surrounding villages and visited the soft play centre situated nearby.
As the weather was not very nice most of the week, we were all the more glad to have that comfortable and cosy house where the children had everything they needed and much more - various toys for the kids including books for any age.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back to this amazing place.

“Cosy little cottage set in an excellent location”
Reviewed 18 March 2016 for a stay in February 2016

Myself and 4 other friends stayed here just for a weekend (Friday-Monday) in early February 2016. It had everything we needed and was well kept and had a cosy feel to it, in particular the living room. Jenny Left us a folder with lots of neat little information in about the surrounding area. The games cupboard was full with all sorts of stuff to keep you busy in the evenings too! I would reccomend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in the area! Its fantastic value for money and set in the lovely little village of Ingleton.

“Beautiful cottage well thought out”
Reviewed 23 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

We stayed in the cottage 16th Feb - 19th Feb and what an absolutely fantastic little break away we had.
I travelled with my family, 5 of us. We all wanted our own space to relax and unwind after a busy few months at work over the Christmas period.
Jenny and Lee are so helpful. We originally wanted to stay 5days (mon-fri) but due to Valentines day weekend this was not available. However we were compensated with an early arrival time and late checkout which was very kind of them to offer this.
The cottage is a beautiful holiday home for people with or without children.
The children enjoyed playing the board games (provided) and watching the dvds (provided) in front of the fire at night.
Lee and jenny have thought of absolutely everything to make their holiday home feel like your home, there was nothing we needed or wanted while we stayed there.
There is a nice welcome book filled with things to do around Yorkshire, places to eat and drink and general information about the cottage.
We love all the little quirks like the hand made crockery and the acorn related things dotted all around the house, which we made into a treasure hunt for the kids haha.
We would love to stay again and would recommend this accommodation to anyone.
I myself work in the hotel industry and i know how hard it is to please some people. However there is nothing at all i or anyone could possibly complain about this cottage.
Well done Jenny and Lee you have yourself one very happy camper :) thank you so much for a pleasant stay!!!!
