A quite outstanding holiday cottage in a splendid location just outside of Ingleton.
Our party of 7 + baby have had a fantastic week here with plenty to do locally as well as lots of attractions within easy reach.
The walking is excellent.
The house is beautifully appointed and maintained. A credit to the owners.
Perfect location, From the window views of rolling hills, Ingleborough and the added bonus of lambs right outside We did a brilliant circular walk right from the doorstep which was well signposted. Malham Cove just 10 minutes away was fabulous and our 3 year old grandson loved it. The waterfall walk, which we debated whether to do because of having to pay ( we have never paid for a walk in our life) but it really was worth every penny. We got a trail for the 3 children which involved pencil rubbings along the way (pencils provided) It was great but to be honest there was so much variety on the walk that the children would have loved it even without the trail, however getting a medal for achieving the trail at the end was the perfect end to a perfect walk. It was stunningly beautiful all the way around. The tea stops were a welcome break. There were lots of opportunities to get down to the river. Our 3 year old grandson did the walk which was 4.5 miles so we were very proud of him but the well maintained steps and paths did make it easier. It took us twice the time it said but to be fair we went at the pace of the 3 year old and soaked up the scenery. Clapham was worth a visit, Ingleborough is a must and the pub at the end of the road from the cottage sells great beer. The house itself was fantastic. The owners had thought of everything - it was so well equipped. The boot room was ideal and whilst we had good weather all week I can imagine it being a boon in wet weather. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations and the trampoline and goal posts filled in an hour or two for the children in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this property and I would love to go back.
Warth house was fantastic for the first week of our family holiday in the UK. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival, it was spacious and easy to keep clean throughout. It was warm, comfortable and had a fantastic kitchen. Within walking distance to ingleton and ingleborough.
Would recommend this property to all age groups, it is in a great location, plenty of space inside and out and the owner has thought of everything you might need. Loved the kitchen, plenty of room and equipment to cater for 8 adults. All the bedrooms were lovely and 3 out of 4 have en suites. The through kitchen, dinning room and living room means that you can still socialise together even while preparing meals, no one is left out. Sunny spring afternoon meant we were able to sit out in the garden for a late lunch on the picnic bench and chairs - there is a large BBQ for the summer time. Hope to visit again later in the year.

Beautiful house with everything you could need as a family. Immaculately clean. Fantastic views. We booked this with some friends also who have children and we all had an amazing time. Thanks to the owners for unpacking our food order as we were late arriving. They are lovely, helpful people. Would love to return soon.
