We returned today from a lovely week. There were three great swimming pools, one even had a diving board!. For those like me who like sea swimming the entry to the water can be a bit tricky but the crystal clear water was great for both swimming and snorkelling. Do make use of the hotels complimentary shuttle service.
The rooms were spotless and spacious, the buffet was good but do take advantage of the opportunity to sample the A la Carte dining which was both sumptuous and made a great change. The service was excellent and the food almost overwhelming, but it was nice to be served and made a great change for the buffet.

We spent 7 days in this resort.
Great location with direct access to the sea with beach and rocks. The water is pristine and it is great swimming over there.

Rooms are nice and very clean. Take the superior suite with sea view, it is very spacious and amazing view. There is a lot of space to walk across Mediterranean trees. The village is very clean as well.

The restaurant is far from stylish but food is good, and service is efficient. The timing of the restaurant is a bit odd for a holiday place. They should allow for more time for breakfast.

What is really extraordinary and deserve the 5 stars is the e-space animation team. The team responsible for the animation is extremely friendly, funny and always available.

All night shows were very nice and funny, and very original. We really enjoyed all of them.

Dido is a great actor, singer, showman, and leader. We really enjoyed all of his shows.

Ciccio is also funny and a great showman.

My daughter is telling me that also the dancers were amazing especially Giulia and Sofia.

We look forward to going back there next year and to find the same animation team.

Just had a great holiday at this hotel. Good food, bedroom clean and comfortable, lovely gardens (hedges of rosemary were wonderful to see) bunnies in the grounds and a nice bar. Hotel bus was useful - rather unorganised and lead to arguments as to who was first but a trip into town was well worth it (excellent market on Thursday) to see the old town. Lots of things to see in the area if you want. My only complaint was the shower in the bathroom ... So very small!!! As they said this hotel is no good for people with mobility problems but for me it was all part of the holiday to be able to stroll around the gardens. Three swimming pools to use, I preferred the small pool by the bar. I was lucky my room wasn't close to the bar, if it had been it might well have been a different review as it would have been very noisy in the evenings. The once a week option to eat at the pool restaurant was brilliant. Fab food and wine! Beach area was well organised with lifeguards and beds etc. Staff very helpful and always acknowledge you. Overall worth the money and I look back happily.

Absolutely fabulous hotel and resort. As long as you realise that it is a little secluded you will have a great holiday! If you are all inclusive there is enough to do around the resort without venturing outside. Hotel has a shuttle bus which will take you into Polignano Al Mare. From there, there are great train links to other towns. All staff are very friendly. As this is like visiting old Italy I was pleasantly surprised that some staff spoke English also.
In high season there is an animation team. If you are there to just chill there is a quieter pool. The food deserves a special mention as the various types of pasta and risottos really are first class. There is also a pastry chef so you'll need to save room for dessert!
Fabulous resort and hotel with own spa.
I can't wait to go back!

I was pleased with the hotel . The apartment rooms have a balcony, bathroom and bedroom with a sitting room. The space around is clean and well kept with easy access to all facilities. The all inclusive deal meant free food and drink. The service could not be faulted.
The Saga part of the holiday was disappointing as all optional excursions cancelled so it was just a hotel stay with two excursions. I can recommend the Hotel but not SAGA.
