If you don't speak Italian don't stay here! I could only have a conversation with a couple of people at the reception, everybody else only few words. They have kids clubs but if your kid doesn't speak Italian no point going there.
Comparing to the all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean I would give this resort a 2 star.
This hotel is for families and retired people, the guests seemed happy there and I would say it was about 95% Italians.
Nothing was really wrong with the resort definitely not a four-star resort!!!

Superb holiday resort, very clean site, great room, great food.
Room on first floor next to reception, bedroom with balcony and aircon that worked really well, tv, small shower ( small corner door) sitting room with aircon and tv. Intermittent wi fi. Very nice pool. Shuttle bus runs every half hour, only takes 8 people, we used the local tuk tuk 4 people 12 euro to town. Very nice and helpful staff in bar and restaurant, very quick service with coffee and beer. Red and white wine and water/ soft drinks on tap. G & T from 6 pm.
The road to the site could be improved made of loose stones, bumpy ride.
Would recommend this holiday.

Don't take a taxi from the airport 130km/h in an 80 speed limit and driver texting whilst driving two feet from someone's bumper! Having said that the complex was well lanscaped and nice and clean. 3 pools cater for those who like peace and for kids and youngsters to make a lot of song and dance. Rocky coastline but hotel have even thought to make a beach and have steps down into the crystal clear waters. The food was good for all inclusive, slightly repetitive but that's what you expect. The staff put themselves out to make sure your stay is great, big shout out to Yari one of the entertainment crew, never to busy to help you out, telling you how to get to his hometown, Lecce, Florence of the south, by train, well worth the visit, driving you to the local town in the hotel bus. Lovely restful 10 days, not sure I'd like it in the height of summer was plenty busy in June. Great for families and older people but not sure there would be enough to do for the people wanting a bit of nightlife.

Room Tip: We liked the rooms in front of the sea numbers 300+

On arrival it didn't look like the picture in the book, but after checking in and having a look around, changed my mind. On arrival in the room, you walked into a little sitting room with TV, chairs, sofa bed a fridge, then you walk through to the bedroom passing the bathroom and wardrobes. A spacious bedroom with lovely views of the gardens and the sea, plus a balcony with tables and chairs and airer. You also have a mesh door to the outside of the balcony but not advisable to have the actual patio windows open for air, as mossies can get in, as the mesh door is not secure all around. Comfortable bed, plenty of shelf space, and a second TV. Plenty hanging and storage. Nice having a free safe, but unfortunately its low down in the wardrobe, everything spotless. The bathroom has a shower, the opening not very large, but they do have other rooms with larger showers l believe. Nice large towels. No slip mats for the shower. The aircon was very good.
There are only 2 TV channels in English and not our channels, mainly news.
Outside the gardens are very well kept, again everywhere very clean. a few tame rabbits about. The restaurant is in a separate building. The food very good, a very good choice for each meal. Plenty of fresh fruit, special section for pasta and a meat or fish cooked separately. Staff amazing, they work very hard to please you. They love their music and there is some playing at each meal! They also have a separate Pizza restaurant where you can get pizza during certain hours of the day, which in the evenings becomes the Pugliese restaurant and serves a really lovely meal of about 7 course, you can go as many times as you like. l was on A/I. This place caters for about 50 people and is outside if fine or indoors if wet. The bar is also separate for drinks and entertainment this is nearer the reception. Fruit and ice cream is brought around the complex during the day by staff. There is a separate area for children with 2 pools and a water slide, also plenty of chairs and umbrellas. But l was surprised to see no markings on the edge of the pool for depth, but there is a notice board with the depths marked. On the beach which is mainly rocks, you need jelly shoes if your going to walk about or swim. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach and beside the pool bar, also hammocks, and few seats around the complex if you want to walk around. If you want a bit of quiet, walk to the beach and turn left and walk towards the end. Inside the wall are changing rooms and toilets plus a bar with soft drinks to save you going back to the main bar. If you go to the children's part you can have a couple of quiet hours after lunch, but this area is also used for water sports. They have life guards on duty in all areas, which is good. They have a good animation team with things going on all day. Towels can be hired for 10€ refundable on departure. If you should find it a bit noisy at night, ask to stay in the Scirocco or Levante rooms. I used the spa and found it very good. They also have a gym. The resort has a shuttle bus into the town of Polignano which runs 9 times a day, where you can go to catch trains or buses further afield, or go to the Thursday market. Being early June it was fairly quiet, which l liked, but l think it could get very busy and hotter (30) when l was there the first week in June. A few mossies about too.
The day l arrived (wed) they had a Pugliese evening and that came with music, nibbles and stalls prior to dinner, which was very good. they also had a special evening on Saturdays. A lovely holiday I was with a group, but the hotel was a bit too isolated for me. You could go out for walks but not in this heat. I also went to St. Vito and did a boat trip which is just along the coast, they came to collect me. Staff all very good and reception all speak English.

Room Tip: scirocco or levante rooms

Cannot fault this hotel. It's beautiful. Located on the beach with stunning views from the jetties that you can use to swim in the sea from the hotel beach. The staff were the icing on the cake. Spectacular food. The entertainment team work non stop to find activities for everyone - young or old - to take part in. Free bus to visit the local town.
